Giuseppe Arcimboldo began his career as an artist by being commissioned to create stained glass window designs.

One place he created these stain glass windows for was St. Catherine of Alexandria Vitrage at the Duomo. He also created frescoes for the Cathedral of Monza.

His career very much began with the church and recreating stories from the bible.
