Saqqak-hanneh movement is a Neo-traditionalism art movement originated in Iran. This movement began with Modern Iranian painting. This is a movement that began in the 1960s. This movement represents the conflicts in the Iranian culture between the past and present struggles to align. This is a re-evaluation of the traditional values in the culture.

This movement also introduces the cultures folklore into the art created.
